Since 1977 to date, authors have carried out the surgicalstabilization of serious parietal thoracic walltraumatisms, volets and depletions, at the Medica! ServicesCentral Department.Eighteen patients have been operated, with a mortalityrate of 5.5% and highly stimulating results in termsof functional and anatomic recovery
Los autores de 1977 a la fecha han realizado la estabilizacióncruenta de los traumatismos parietalestorácicos graves, volets y hundimientos, en la Centralde Servicios Médicos. Se han operado 18 enfermos,con una mortalidad del 5,5% y resultados muy alentadoresen términos de recuperación funcional y anató•mica.
