| Sumario: | The disinheritance is a form of succession exclusion that our legal system includes. In the following work the reader will find a detailed conceptual and practical analysis where, in addition to a conceptual approach to the institute under study, as well as its requirements for validity, operation and causes of origin; I propose to rethink a flexibilization of the regulations that govern us in order to ensure greater prominence to the freedom to test by the deceased. |
