| Sumario: | The new Act nr 19.210 of Access of Population to Financial Services and Promotion of Use of Electronic Payments, represents an advance in Uruguayan legalsystem regarding incorporation of communication technologies and market exchange. The theme has different impacts, not only in financials, but also on law, without thereby excluding other areas of study. The aspects that are studied in this paper are the electronic payment and electronic money. |
