| Sumario: | In this paper I intend to analyze - without the intention of exhausting a topic that deserves a greater extension and depth - the figure of the interrogation of the parties (in all its variants) regulated by the General Code of Procedure. The purpose of this paper is to highlight, from a practical perspective, the main advantages and some disadvantages of a procedural tool that seems to be somewhat undervalued among legal operators, despite its invaluable relevance in the process. |
