| Sumario: | This paper has the objective of approaching the analysis of the 1° Labor Court of Appeal judicial ruling N° 222/2020. Specifically, it will be analyzed the Court resolution regarding the notification executed by the employer through WhatsApp to an employee that had been absent to the workplace without previous notice. |
