| Sumario: | Public employment in the Argentine Republic has followed an uneven evolution, marked by the absence of a rule that adequately regulates the issue, corruption and economic and political factors, which prevents the intended administrative career from becoming a reality. This article makes a study of the jurisprudential evolution of the subject, addressing issues such as stability, conditions for entry (nationality, age, etc.). It is a doctrinal and jurisprudential study on the subject. |
