Resumen:
Sumario:The present investigation is developed with the purpose of determining the influence of the seismic interaction in a building with respect to a building with perfect embedment. The building to be modeled is a reinforced concrete building with a dual system, whose structure consists of 10 levels and two basements, and a foundation slab which is located in the city of Arequipa, district of Yura. Generally, when performing seismic analysis of different buildings, a perfect embedment is assumed. This is particularly adequate as long as the type of soil is hard rock or very stiff soils, as opposed to other types of soils that would not present these qualities for a perfect embedment analysis. In this investigation, the influence of soil-structure interaction is evaluated, which is why the ETABS 2016 program is used to perform the modeling, and the building is modeled to comply with the provisions of the Technical Standard E.030 of Seismic Resistant Design. Subsequently, the structure is analyzed, taking into consideration the application of the dynamic models of D.D. Barkan - O.A. Savinov, Russian Standard SNIP 2.02.05-87, A.E. Sargsian and N.G. Shariya. Finally, it is concluded that, from the results obtained when carrying out the analysis with the assumption of a fixed base versus the soil-structure interaction model, the fundamental periods, the displacement in the X and Y directions, the distortions, the shear stresses in the base, the internal forces of the structural elements, suffer an impact on the result of each of them.
