Resumen:
Sumario:Technical high school plays a fundamental role in work training in Argentina. Therefore, a complex articulation between technical high school and work exists. In this article, we show the dimension of education system with pedagogical practice that takes place in technical school. In this sense, the focus is on practice spaces as a device of approach to the working world. This article is based on a qualitative study, starting with a case study in technical schools between 2015-2017. As a working hypothesis we hold, from a normative point of view, that labor practices are fundamental in technical high school, the quintessential space in connection with training work. Training that implies knowledge and capabilities in the configuration of professional form. It is our intention to show how schools process their own demands and the ones that come from the working world. We believe that the struggles for meaning that exist within schools, about the connection between education and work, are materialized in practice, in everyday school life. Schools promote, teach, live, and act their proposals –complex, non-linear, sometimes contradictory– about the places of school and the working world in a unique way.
