Resumen:
Sumario:The article analyzes citizen participation in the protest against President Mauricio Macri (2015-2019) in the framework of the 2019 presidential elections in Argentina. In this sense, a content analysis of the publications tagged with the hashtag #mmlpqtp on Twitter is carried out during three weeks –between October 14 and November 3, days after the presidential election that took place on October 27–. In the context of a complex, dynamic, and participatory media ecosystem, also marked by hyper-mediatization and the emergence of political protest movements on social networks –the Arab Spring, “Indignados” (outraged) in Spain, the Occupy Wall Street movement, #yosoy123 in Mexico and #niunamenos in Argentina–, it is proposed that the empirical approach carried out allows us to follow and analyze the conformation of a narrative universe of transmedia protest that expanded in different formats and followed various connected strategies based on the same slogan and shared disagreements.
