Starting from the changes brough about by the digital revolution, lights and shadows appear that must be taken into account in any organization challenged by the possibilities offered by new information and communication technologies. The hyperconnectivity of the Internet age, the cognitive biases and the unbridled proliferation of visual stimuli forces us to analyze the risks of isolation, incommunication and conflict. Along with the potential of podcasting, oral communication must be redefined, and that is why we will refer here to the storytelling resource.

Partiendo de los cambios propiciados por la revolución digital, asoman luces y sombras que deben tenerse en cuenta en cualquier organización desafiada por las posibilidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. La hiperconectividad de la era de Internet, los sesgos cognitivos y la proliferación desaforada de estímulos visuales obliga a analizar los riesgos permanentes de incomunicación y conflictos. Junto al potencial del podcasting hay que resignificar la comunicación oral, y es por ello que aquí se hará referencia al recurso storytelling

A hiperconectividade da era da Internet, os vieses cognitivos e a proliferação desenfreada de estímulos visuais tornam necessário analisar os riscos de incomunicação e conflito. Junto com o potencial do podcasting, a comunicação oral deve ser ressignificada, e é por isso que se faz referência aqui ao recurso de storytelling.
