Sumario:In this paper we analyze the potential of podcasts as an devices of corporate communication. Starting from the changes brough about by the digital revolution, lights and shadows appear that must be taken into account in any organization challenged by the possibilities offered by new information and communication technologies. The hyperconnectivity of the Internet age, the cognitive biases and the unbridled proliferation of visual stimuli forces us to analyze the risks of isolation, incommunication and conflict. Along with the potential of podcasting, oral communication must be redefined, and that is why we will refer here to the storytelling resource.
