For this purpose, testimonials were collected and a systematic tracking of the platforms and social networks used as communication channels during the pandemic –Facebook, Tiktok, WhatsApp and Meet, preferably– was carried out for the purpose of observing the transformations experienced and to reflect on the process of accelerating the uses of technology in university life –a challenge that is currently expanding and probing the adaptation of universities to virtual environments and the development of Artificial Intelligence in university practices. |
