dc.description.en-US.fl_txt_mv | In this paper we present the preliminary results of an ongoing investigation concerning the difficulties in Uruguay to implement HR management models in Uruguayan companies. We conducted a field study on the management models applied in a sector and their impact on business strategy, reaching three working hypotheses: The first hypothesis refers to the prevailing business philosophy in the Senior Management teams of Uruguayan companies which prevents viewing the proper management of human resources as a key element in achieving business strategy. A second hypothesis focuses in the fact that HR management is not conducted according to management models but, through a wide range of tools that are not necessarily part of a larger system or model.A final hypothesis concerns the influence of labor relations influence in the implementation of integrated management of human capital systems or models. |

Se realizó un trabajo de campo sobre los Modelos de gestión aplicados en un sector de actividad y su impacto sobre la estrategia del negocio, llegando a tres hipótesis de trabajo cuyo análisis preliminar es motivo de esta comunicación: Una referida a la filosofía empresarial predominante enla Alta Direcciónde las empresas uruguayas que impide visualizar, que una adecuada gestión del Capital Humano constituye un elemento clave para el logro dela Estrategiade Negocio. Una segunda hipótesis que se centra en quela Gestiónde RR.HH. no se realiza mediante la utilización Modelos de Gestión sino, a través de una variada serie de herramientas que no necesariamente forman parte de un Sistema o Modelo mayor.Una última hipótesis que refiere a como las Relaciones Laborales condicionan la implementación de sistemas o modelos de gestión integral del Capital Humano. |
