Resumen:
Sumario:The action of denouncing an immoral or illegal act has become a phenomenon of study in the field of business ethics and in the management of organizational communication. This article aims to recover those investigations that have focused on the factors that stimulate or discourage the decision to denounce by the members of a company. Through a review of the specialized literature on organizational studies between 2008 and 2018, a series of organizational communication and management practices that may favor the appearance of this type of denunciation are identified. It is concluded that the effectiveness of these practices will depend on whether the real culture of the organizations is consistent with the values they proclaim.
