Sumario: | Abstract. The author provides an interesting analysis of the evolution and present situationof social rights and the welfare state, with an emphasis on the array of realities of thecountry members of the european union and the european union itself. The work highlightsthe historical trend to use programatic rules to regulate these rights, as well as theleading role of case law in its development, in spite of a sharp dose of instability. uponpinpointing the special case of health, the author refers to what he calls social coldnessin the union (with respect to social rights) and the need to regulate these rights. |
