Resumen:
Sumario:An analysis of the consequences of a child being subject to law, and the implication that the child possesses a progressive autonomy and in accordance with the age and maturity of the child, should be heard when making a decision that impacts the child. A principle that that collides with the views of some traditional civil law doctrines such as capacity, and parental authority.
