| Sumario: | Abstract:Failure to repair certain types of damage and the limitations that the victim can be found in the satisfaction of a proper remedy, in fact or in law make it necessary that in Argentine law existing institutions adapt to the new needs and be advocates a general scheme that allows the handicapped may obtain, in advance, the protection ofhis person or his property against damage likely caused. In this line are signs the regime of civil liability of the new Civil Code and commercial of the nation. |
