| Sumario: | Abstract. In this paper the results of a research about which is the regulation of thisregister (s) (s) currently in force in the Uruguay test, relieving the rules resulting from theGeneral code of the process in particular trying to test media called “Declaration of party”(strictly “Declaration of applicant main”) and “Acquittal of positions” (although both means of proof are gathered by the code under the title of the first)as well as the various problems of interpretation posed in accordance with a framework and a dogmatic framework the relevant provisions. |
