Sumario:This article systematizes the cognitive psychology perspective especially applied to organizations in order to reinforce moral responsibility in individual’s attitudes and behaviors.The author especially emphasizes the different components in the individual-organizations interaction that can be considered relevant for the inhibition of individual’s unduly moral behavior and to neutralize the unethical organizational climate.
