Resumen:
Sumario:The Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, in force in Argentina since 2015, establishes that, in principle, children under 18 exercise their rights through their legal representatives. However, by adopting the progressive autonomy system, minors can perform the acts established by law when they have acquired enough age and maturity. This paper examines the special protection of the child's personal rights and the deployment of the principle of progressive autonomy in the field of the exercise of personality rights, with emphasis on the rights to privacy, honor and image. KEY WORDS: MINORS. PERSONAL RIGHTS. PROGRESSIVE AUTONOMY. PRIVACY. IMAGE.
