| Sumario: | Abstract. In Italian tradition, family and liability law always were reparated. But now, judges, and even the Parliament, introduced liability in the family, between husband and wife and also between parents and children. This article would like to verify if it is possible to find a common basis for this new type of parents’ liability with their liability for the damages due to the fact of their children. |
