School research and changing: some notes from Complex Social Systems’ Theory.

Sumario: | Abstract. This article offers a brief review from Niklas Luhmann and the latest Latin American approaches about social research and changing from complex social systems’ theory. It also presents three relevant organizational schools research aspects. These are based on educational system reflection problems as a complex one. We suggest also some keys for school changing, taking into account the process of organizational trust. This leads to an understanding of some conditionsand possibilities for social change in schools. |
