Resumen:
Sumario:Good administration has achieved the position of fundamental right under the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which contains a multiplicity of concepts encompassed at its core. The impartial treatment, the reasonable duration of the process and the motivation of the decisions are some of the themes that are part of the axis of good administration according to the European Charter, assigning to the Administration, therefore, the task of respecting and complying with the terms provided for in the referred legal document. The importance of inserting good administration in the catalog of fundamental rights, thus, resides in the extension of the scope of protection of its content, in order to give the citizen mechanisms capable of ensuring the proper practical fulfillment of the right to good administration, as well as the adequate protection of their interests.
