Resumen:
Sumario:The author proceeds to an analysis of the first judgments of unconstitutionality issued by the Supreme Court, regarding law No. 19.307 and performs a study of the novelties (shareable or not) involving the Court´s general jurisprudence (regardless of it´s impact on the law). Significant progress was also detected on the concept of “reasons of general interest”, the principle of proportionality, the relationship of the Constitution with the International Law, the possibility of considering opinions of international jurisdictions, etc. It is also found that, sometimes by majority vote and on occasion unanimously, the Court continues with some historical criteria that can be highly questionable.
