Resumen:
Sumario:Abstract. This paper examines the different discourses of authority present in discursive configurations of the Modern Curriculum. It starts from a theoretical and methodological perspective of teaching with affectations of poststructuralist discourse analysis of Pêcheux and Lacanian psychoanalysis. The study particularly highlights the difference between the positions of authority that are woven from speeches that postulate the linearity between teaching and learning and those that are displayed from the impossibility of that transparency. In the first, the authority figure is shown in terms of absolute determination between the first and the second word, while in the second, this is impossible. It is considered that this second position allows a more complex analysis of the authority relations that are woven between the teacher and the learner and put the centre of this relationship in the mediation with Knowledge.
