Sumario: | Abstract. This article is intended to call to reflection about the ways of teaching that we are using in the university and, in consequence, the ways of evaluating in times in which the society demands from the education university graduates that may be creative, autonomous, able to take decisions and to face new and different challenges. It proposes to re-think teaching practices and their adjustment for the training of new skills for university graduates that are requested by the current society. The aim is to address the classroom evaluation as an ongoing and training process included in the situation of educational action, and where diagnosis and feedback functions are prioritized. This way of addressing evaluation is postulated as essential when intending to achieve that students may develop in-depth and long-lasting learning. Some suggestions are given in order to approach the process of ongoing assessment and to design suitable instruments. |
