Utilización del Milkotester MK-III-U-Photometer en el análisis de materia grasa de leche en polvo
Resumen:
In this work the possibility of utilizing the Milko Tester MK III U- Photometer in the determination of milk fat in partly skimmed milk powder or whole milk powder was studied. This method was compared to the Roese-Gottlieb and Gerber reference procedures and the maximum standard deviation found for the whole milk powder was +- 0,004 and +- 0,002 for the partly skimmed milk powder. From the comparative statistical analysis the correlation values were found to be 0,998 for the partly skimmed milk powder and 0,991 for the milk powder.
