Resumen: Con el objetivo de conocer la composición de leche ovina en sistemas productivos pastoriles y combinados en diversas razas y biotipos, se efectuó una recopilación de siete ensayos experimentales realizados en los últimos 26 años en nuestro país.Summary: With the objective to know the composition of sheep milk of different breeds and sheep biotypes in pure or combined grazing production systems, a review of seven experimental studies done during the last 26 years in our country was performe.
