Effect of defoliation frequency on the nutritive value of the regrowth of tall fescue. [2215 - abstract].
Resumen:
ABSTRACT.- Knowledge of the factors that influence the composition of grass is essential for its proper management in pasture-based dairy systems, thus increasing its productivity. An experiment was carried out to study the evolution of chemical composition and nutritional value of a regrowthof tall fescue as affected by the defoliation regimen around flowering time.
