Automatic calibration of linearity in high precision digital multimeters.
Resumen:
This paper proposes a method for measuring the linearity of high precision digital multimeters using a self-calibrating resistive divider. The measurements are carried out automatically via a computer that manages a scanner and the voltmeter under test by means of a control program. This program drives the selected sequence of steps that go from 10% to 100% of the range, in steps of 10%.
