Experimental Platform in Digital Control of DC-DC Converters
Resumen:
This article describes the implementation of a platform for experimentation in Digital Control of DC/DC Converters. This platform will allow us to discuss different techniques for power converters control, assess the state of the art and propose new techniques for specific applications in chip development or electronic systems. The platform consists of a DC/DC Buck type converter, two variable resistors, four A/D converters and a PID controller developed in an FPGA. The modular design allows us to add different converters, fillers and methods of control.
